Adjusted to the correct time zone (UTC -10 & -11) south of Alaska, latitude 60. Aleution Island, Hawaii etc.

After 10 years of development of the MoonTracker project, there is now a manual for the program.
With help and inspiration to start the manual, I would like to thank Relu NJ9R for his help.
Since we worked together, the date and time format of some images may vary.
The manual is opened under the "Help" button in the program or the "MoonTracker" button here on the Web page.
New in v 3.1.3 is display of remaining or time to common moon in real-time.
Double click on the "USA map" and new links on "Web Links".
I hope the Manual and MoonTracker sw for new and old users will be useful, and new ideas and comments are welcome.
